Roman Ventures LLC was founded in 1999 by Thomas Matthew Roman. What began as a digital marketing agency built on the Iacocca standard has, over twenty-five years, grown into a six-company holding architecture organized around a single conviction: that one parent company holding integrated operating companies, each architected to reinforce the others, will outperform a portfolio of unrelated bets.

The conviction came from twenty years of direct mentorship. Thomas Matthew Roman studied under Lee Iacocca through the Global Village program at the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University. That lineage, and the standard it carried, became the blueprint for every company Roman Ventures would build.

Roman Ventures does not acquire companies. It builds them. Each operating company is architected from inception to reinforce the others, creating a unified holding structure that is more than the sum of its parts.

The six operating companies are organized in two pillars. The Digital Growth pillar -- Roman Media Group, IDS University, Ignytor CRM, and HostRoman -- teaches businesses to convert online visibility into predictable revenue. The Leadership Formation pillar -- ThomasRoman.com and Roman University -- teaches leaders to carry the weight of the organizations they build.

Both pillars are rooted in the same standard. Both are built to last.
