Roman Ventures was founded by Thomas Matthew Roman.
He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from Lehigh University, where he spent twenty years in direct mentorship with Lee Iacocca through the Global Village program at the Iacocca Institute. The standard transmitted there became the foundation of every company built under Roman Ventures.
He is the author of The Internet Driven Sales System and The Bench: The Iacocca Standard, foreworded by Dr. Roger N. Nagel, Emeritus Director of the Iacocca Institute. He is currently writing The Furnace, the second book in the trilogy that anchors Roman University, with The Lane to follow.
