Most holding companies are portfolios of unrelated bets. Roman Ventures was built differently. Every operating company under its umbrella was architected to reinforce the others, organized in two pillars that share one origin and one standard.

Both pillars share a single lineage. Twenty years of direct mentorship between Thomas Matthew Roman and Lee Iacocca, transmitted through the Global Village program at the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University. The standard installed there shaped every company that followed.

A Note From the Founder
I have spent more than twenty-five years building businesses, and the one thing I know for certain is that the work means nothing if the person behind it cannot be trusted. So let me tell you who is behind this one.
My name is Thomas Roman. I am a husband to Jessica, a father, and a Catholic, and I run this company the way I try to run my life, with my word as the one thing I will not break. Jessica came to the Church as an adult, by her own searching. I was born into it. Beneath every venture we build, we share a single mission: to do honest, excellent work for everyone we serve, whoever they are and whatever they believe, and to point whoever is willing toward something greater than all of it.
That is the company. That is the family. Now you know both.
