Thomas Matthew Roman is the founder and president of Roman Ventures LLC. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from Lehigh University, where he spent twenty years in direct mentorship with Lee Iacocca through the Global Village program at the Iacocca Institute.
The standard transmitted there became the operating principle of every company he founded over the following twenty-five years.
He is the author of The Internet Driven Sales System and The Bench: The Iacocca Standard, foreworded by Dr. Roger N. Nagel, with The Furnace in progress and The Lane to follow.
He lives in Delaware with his wife Jessica and their family. His Catholic faith is the load-bearing structure beneath his work.
